Always believed that you can never separate your personal life from your professional life. It is impossible to split the person unless you are not fully immersed in it.
This reminds me of someone who recently told me that he does not have work-life balance in HQ because he does not view what he does here as part of work (it's all fun), hence there is no work-life balance. =D
