I agree with the need to think of the need of students. The Principal in the TED talk thought deeply about the need of her students, their backgrounds and challenges, She was poor herself, came from a school that "was not a school", and she really wanted the students in her school to have hope, and to focus on their education to break out from their difficult circumstances.
