Reflection:

1. Leaders need the moral courage to do what is right, even if it is hard and not popular

2. A leader has walked the roads of the student (this Principal came from a poor background, a school that is not a school) and thus felt passionately for the students. If she can break out from poverty, so can her students.

3 comments:

  1. Belief drives moral courage, thus able to surmount the impossibles and turn it to be possible.

  2. Hi Paul,

Ref 2: I'm wondering if this meant that school leaders that do not have the same experience as their students will be less effective or empathize less in leading the school?

  3. the so what and now what slogan was really impactful. Rather than lamenting on a problem, coming up with solutions will be more effective.
